phmerry Terms & Conditions

Your access to and use of the phmerry platform is conditioned upon your unconditional acceptance of, and compliance with, these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and registered players of the phmerry platform. If you do not agree to any portion of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the phmerry platform and any associated services.

By clicking "Register," "Log In," "Deposit," or any equivalent confirmation button on the phmerry platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them. Your continued use of the phmerry platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To be eligible to register and use the phmerry platform, you must:

• Be at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
• Be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted by applicable law;
• Not be a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction where accessing online gambling platforms is prohibited;
• Not be a current employee, director, officer, or agent of phmerry or its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of such persons;
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction;
• Not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether self-imposed through the phmerry platform or mandated by any regulatory authority.

phmerry reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If phmerry has reasonable grounds to believe that a player does not meet the eligibility criteria, phmerry may immediately suspend the account, withhold pending withdrawals pending verification, and report the matter to PAGCOR as required by applicable regulations.

Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on the phmerry platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and must promptly notify phmerry of any changes by updating your account profile or contacting customer support.

phmerry is required by PAGCOR regulations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. This process may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, Passport, Driver's License, UMID, SSS/GSIS ID, Voter's ID, PRC ID);
• Proof of address (e.g., recent utility bill, bank statement, or barangay clearance);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., GCash account screenshot, bank statement).

KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal can be processed. phmerry reserves the right to withhold withdrawals and restrict account activity until satisfactory KYC documentation is received and approved.

All financial transactions on the phmerry platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phmerry accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, USDT, and Coins.ph, subject to availability and applicable processing limits.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Deposits are generally credited to your phmerry account within minutes of successful processing. phmerry does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment service provider may impose its own transaction fees for which phmerry bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification and compliance with these Terms. phmerry targets withdrawal processing within fifteen (15) minutes for e-wallet methods (GCash, Maya) during operational hours, though processing times may vary due to verification requirements, banking holidays, or volume. Withdrawals to bank accounts (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take one (1) to three (3) banking days.

Withdrawal Conditions: Funds deposited must be wagered at least once (1×) before withdrawal. Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. phmerry reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.

phmerry may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be published alongside each offer on the phmerry platform. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

General bonus conditions applicable to all phmerry promotions include:

• Bonuses are available only to players who have completed KYC verification unless otherwise stated;
• Each bonus offer may be claimed only once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated;
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and non-cashable until applicable wagering requirements have been met;
• phmerry reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Any evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of promotional offers will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and may result in account suspension.

All games offered on the phmerry platform are governed by the rules of the respective game provider. By participating in any game, you agree to abide by those rules. phmerry makes no representation that the outcome of any game can be predicted or influenced by the player beyond the normal rules of the game.

Game results are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) for electronic games and by live dealer procedures for live casino tables. All game configurations, including return-to-player (RTP) percentages, reflect the specifications provided and certified by the respective game developer.

In the event of a technical error or malfunction during gameplay, phmerry reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the bet amount to the player's account. The decision of phmerry's management regarding disputed game outcomes is final, subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process.

phmerry sets maximum bet limits on all games. Winnings exceeding platform limits may be subject to review before payment. Minimum and maximum bet amounts are displayed within each game interface.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phmerry platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and reporting to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or accessing the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Registering more than one account;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Using any software, script, bot, or automated tool to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of cheating;
• Exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain — any winnings resulting from such exploitation will be voided;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or any anonymisation service to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with any component of the phmerry platform.

All content on the phmerry platform — including but not limited to the phmerry name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and audiovisual elements — is the proprietary property of phmerry or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phmerry platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No portion of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, or exploited for any commercial purpose without the express prior written consent of phmerry.

phmerry collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the phmerry platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

phmerry implements industry-standard SSL encryption and security measures to protect player data. However, phmerry cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet and is not liable for any interception or unauthorised access that occurs outside of phmerry's direct control.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phmerry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or internet connectivity issues.

phmerry's total aggregate liability to any player, for any cause whatsoever, shall be limited to the total amount deposited by that player in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phmerry does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or third-party technical failures may temporarily affect platform availability. phmerry will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

phmerry reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any illegal use of the platform;
• A player's own request for self-exclusion;
• Regulatory direction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.

Upon termination for breach, phmerry may at its discretion withhold or forfeit any account balance. Upon voluntary account closure or regulatory suspension, phmerry will process any eligible outstanding balance subject to KYC completion and applicable verification requirements.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject first to good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism. Players may also pursue resolution through the appropriate courts of the Philippines with competent jurisdiction.

phmerry's decisions regarding gameplay, bonuses, and account management are final unless overturned through the formal PAGCOR dispute resolution process. phmerry does not participate in third-party alternative dispute resolution schemes other than PAGCOR's official process.

phmerry reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, phmerry will endeavour to provide notice to registered players via email or platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendments are required to comply with regulatory obligations.

The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the phmerry platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform.
